Week 5 out of 7

Hard at work

Well, I'm still at it. It has been a rough and tough couple of weeks. There has been a lot of reading, assessments, webinars, and a huge assessment assignment (part one of two). So far, I still have an "A" in the class. I am learning so much and have found my short-term memory!
I work on my assignments every chance I can. I watch my webinars while I'm on the treadmill and read my textbook while I wait. For example, during my visit to the dealership (due to an electronic recall), I sat and waited 2 hours for my car to be ready. during my wait, I read one chapter and worked on an assignment. I now don't believe "there isn't time for school." It really is about making time. Where there's a will, there's a way.

It appears that after all of this work and keeping myself organized and on track, it has helped me remember things (short-term memory). My brain has been in exercise mode.

My Lupus has not made an appearance. No flare-ups in sight! I have been exercising every day (running, walking, core training, and 10lb. weights), and trying to build muscle and strength on my upper body. My eating habits are in check. My weight is still at 120lbs., but feeling good.

I have been sleeping more and cutting back on foreign stress. I believe this is what has been helping me. Oh, and my TATAS are free from any lumps and bumps. Woot, Woot!!

Alrighty, now it's time to hit the books.
